Average Delivery Times for All Our Packages

  • Once your order is placed, we need 1–4 business days to process it. However, if the order is placed on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

  • After the order has been processed, it will be shipped, and delivery usually takes 7–17 business days on average.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, our automated systems immediately begin preparing it for shipment.
Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel a prepared order.
If you have concerns about the product you received, we offer a hassle-free return process.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

We cover the shipping costs for every order.
There is no minimum order amount required.

Responsibility for Unclaimed Packages

If a package cannot be delivered because the customer is not home and is instead taken to a post office for pickup, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package within the designated time.

If the package is returned to us because it was not collected, we do not offer refunds.
However, we can reship the package at the customer’s expense.
If you’d like to arrange a reshipment, please contact us via email, and we’ll inform you of the shipping costs.

If the customer refuses this solution, they must provide evidence that we failed to attempt delivery as required.

Contacting the Seller Before Filing a Dispute or Refund Request

If a consumer intends to file a dispute or refund request with their bank or payment provider, they must first contact the seller.

The consumer should notify the seller in writing about the issue and give the seller the opportunity to resolve it.
This can be done via email or through the contact form on our website.

If the seller does not respond within a reasonable time or does not resolve the issue satisfactorily, the consumer may then proceed with the dispute or refund request.

By contacting the seller first, the issue can often be resolved quickly and efficiently, without involving third parties.
