Returns and Exchanges
We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience, but we understand that sometimes a product may not be right for you, and you may need to exchange or return it.
You may exchange or return your order within 14 days of receiving the package. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since you received the product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, contact us at myleatherbags.za@gmail.com and include your order confirmation number, full name, email address or phone number, whether you want a refund or an exchange, the reason, and photos of any visible defects. Once your request has been received, our customer service will forward it to the appropriate team for assessment and confirmation of the outcome.
In order to be eligible:

The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be unused and unwashed, in its original packaging, with all related tags. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject the return in accordance with our sales terms.

If the product is not returned in the same condition as received, myleatherbags.za@gmail.com store reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
Returns or exchanges are not allowed in the following cases:

The customer ordered the wrong size, even though a size guide with measurements in centimeters is provided on both sides of the garment.

The customer damaged the product after receiving it.

If the courier cannot locate the recipient at the time of delivery, My Leather Bags's assumes no responsibility.

If the courier shows the package was delivered, My Leather Bags's is not responsible.

If the customer does not report the defect with photos within 24 hours of receiving the product.

If the return request is not answered by the customer within 72 hours of My Leather Bags's response, the company reserves the right to close the case.
My Leather Bags's reserves the right to ask the customer to send photos via email showing the defect or error.
4. Return Address:
Please email us first to receive the return address.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Our company is committed to providing accurate and detailed information about our products, including clear descriptions, specifications, and images. However, it's important to understand that individual perception may vary from customer to customer. Therefore, we want to clarify that personal expectations or subjective opinions about the product’s color, texture, material, or aesthetics are not valid reasons for returns.
We understand each customer may have their own perspective, but subjective perceptions are not considered faults or inaccuracies in the product. Additional points:

Color Variations: The colors of products displayed on our website may slightly differ from the actual items due to screen settings or technical factors. Such differences are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund.

Subjective Opinion: We provide specific information and size guides on each product page to reflect the reality of the product as accurately as possible. Personal expectations or subjective opinions are therefore not valid grounds for refund.
We are committed to transparency and accuracy in product details to help our customers make informed choices. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please feel free to contact us.
1. EXCHANGES
If the product you received does not match the size you selected, you can exchange it for a larger/smaller size or for another product from our website.
You must return the item for exchange within 14 days of receiving the package.
All instructions, including the return address, will be sent to your email once you contact us.
The replacement will be shipped as soon as the package is received and inspected at our main warehouse.
Note: Exchanges are not allowed if the customer makes a mistake in ordering, even after consulting the size guide. We do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer has not reviewed the size guide provided on the product page.
Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for shipping delays.

Product sizes may vary by 1–3 centimeters from the size chart. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and accepts this possibility.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the return policy.
2. RETURNS
You must return the item and provide a tracking number for the return shipment. This allows us to verify when your package arrives at our warehouse and begin processing your refund immediately. Without a tracking number, we cannot confirm the delivery, and your right to a refund will be void.
IMPORTANT:
You may return the package using any shipping service. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse return shipping costs, so we recommend choosing the most affordable tracked shipping option.
Any courier service is allowed, and the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our Asian warehouse.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise specified by the customer or for internal reasons.

Disputes / Refund Requests
If a consumer intends to file a dispute or chargeback request with their bank or payment provider, they must first contact the seller. The customer should notify the seller in writing of the issue and allow the seller the opportunity to resolve it. This can be done via email or our website’s contact form.
If the seller does not respond within a reasonable time or fails to resolve the issue satisfactorily, the customer may then consider a chargeback. By contacting the seller first, you allow the issue to be resolved quickly and efficiently without third-party involvement.
Cancellations
At My Leather Bags's, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. However, due to our fast processing system, cancellations are only accepted within 3 minutes of placing the order.
After that period, your order enters the processing phase and cannot be canceled.
